Current funding allows for the procurement of services for Developed and Technical Designs (RIBA Stages 3 and 4) to allow for a Construction tender to be compiled. It is expected that the appointed Consultant may also support procurement and provide professional services during the construction phase (RIBA Stage 5), including NEC4 Principal Project Manager, Principal Designer, and Supervisor duties, together with ecological and geomorphological supervision. An Indicative Scope of Services is included in Appendix 1 of the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire. Overall, the Consultant's role is to take the project from Concept Design through to completion of Technical Design (RIBA 4), secure all necessary approvals and permissions, undertake required surveys and investigations, prepare works tender documentation, and support successful delivery through construction..
